  • Correction

    The previous post had an incorrect date for the next artists meeting. I have corrected the post as follows. Artist registration will run from April 1st to 22nd and there will be one more artist meeting before registration starts.

    Here are some dates to mark on your calendar.

    • March 17th at 1:00 pm – artist meeting at Brookwood library
    • April 1 – artist registration begins
    • April 22 – last day for artist registration

  • 2024 Planning Meeting

    Please join on us February 4th from 2pm-4pm in the community room at the Brookwood Library for our first planning meeting for our 2024 Washington County Open Studios Tour. You can join in with Zoom with the link below if you cannot make it in person.

  • Leadership Changes for 2024

    Open Studios will be go ahead in 2024 with a few leadership changes. Chris Goldthorpe is stepping down as chairman effective 1/31/2024 after leading the organization through the last three Open Studio tours. Chris will remain on the board and continue to be webmaster. Co chair Kimberly Ghaemmaghami will also be stepping down as co-chair while remaining on the board.

    Anny Sears has been nominated to be the next chair and has the full support of the board.

  • Attendance Survey Results 2023

    We took a survey of the artists to see how many visitors they had and how they found out about the tour. The results were positive – the average number of visitors to each studio was up by 15%.
