If you have not applied yet you have until Monday 22nd at 6pm to apply and get your photos in.
If you have already applied you will receive within three days of your application an email asking you to confirm your email address. If you think that you should have received this email but have not seen it first check your promotions and spam folders. If you still do not see that email contact us from the website.
Most applications will not be fully processed until after registration closes so be patient. Once your application is approved you will be given instructions on how to pay online.
In the meantime we are checking the address, website and Instagram of every applicant to make sure that they are valid addresses or URLs. Please take the time to make sure that your information is correct and in the correct format. We use software to convert the registration data into web pages and the online map but this only works if information is filled in correctly. The registration form has examples which show the correct format for the website and Instagram. For example https://www.facebook.com/Washcoart or facebook.com/Washcoart are both valid website entries. “My Facebook page Washcoart” would not be .
Most applications so far have been error free but we have already had one application with an incorrect street address and one with an incorrect contact email along with a few incorrect Instagram and website entries.
